Having worked with many companies across multiple industries, I have begun to notice key differences between those with a vibrant, managed strategy and those without. One big difference is the level of energy and emotional engagement; from the front desk all the way to the CEO. You can just sense the cohesion and sense of movement on the one side and the lack of engagement, disinterest and sometimes despair on the other. People who know where they are going tend to be happier than those who don’t! I’ve made a list of my key observations below. I’d be interested in whether people agree and if they have experienced the difference.
